Each artwork is unique. Images displayed on the website are as accurate as possible; however, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payment must be made in full at checkout
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers
We do not store payment card details
4. Orders and Contract

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The purchase of an original painting grants the buyer ownership of the physical artwork only.
Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist, Ian Millen.
7.2 Restrictions
Without prior written permission, buyers may not:
Reproduce the artwork in any form
Create prints or derivative works
Use the artwork or images for commercial or promotional purposes
Copy, distribute, or alter the artwork or website images
Mint, tokenize, or otherwise use the artwork as digital assets (including NFTs)
7.3 Permitted Use
Buyers may display the artwork in private or business premises and may photograph it for personal, non-commercial use only.
7.4 Moral Rights
Ian Millen asserts the moral right to be identified as the author of all artworks in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
7.5 Licensing
Licensing or reproduction rights may be granted by written agreement.
