3. Returning the Artwork
You must return the artwork within 14 days of cancellation
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork is faulty or damaged
We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Original delivery costs will be refunded (standard delivery only)
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographs, and we will arrange a refund.
6. Custom Work
Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable once work has begun, unless faulty. This will be clearly agreed before purchase.
